Ilan works with leading global financial services organizations spanning wealth, asset management, life insurance and banking. He brings a particular focus on regulatory compliance within the context of growth and productivity initiatives and changing client expectations across the industry. Ilan has spent the past year focused on the Department of Labor’s (DoL) Fiduciary Rule including Salesforce’s efforts in the development of a solution to help the industry become compliant.
He brings 18 years of experience consulting leading organizations in the area of business operating model transformation, strategy, liability and risk reduction, account administration, customer experience, customer segmentation and innovation.

Sougata Datta, head of strategy for DocuSign’s Financial Services team is responsible for the overall initiatives in this space, including at this moment, helping customers get compliant and stay compliant with the DOL’s Fiduciary Rule. He is a seasoned veteran in the financial services industry, with experience in wealth management, derivatives and capital markets – at SAP, and prior to that at Citi, Barclays, and Lehman Brothers.
