For the past 13 years she has been a strategic resource for her clients, providing customized solutions to assist clients with financial security. She advises large employer groups with various funding arrangements and plan designs. She is responsible for coordinating all aspects of employee benefit programs including strategy, analysis, evaluation, implementations and employee communications. Using her underwriting background and principals, Lisa develops risk strategy for clients and delivers financial reporting to support renewal analysis. She successfully manages, retains and grows her existing client base by preforming advanced benefit strategy and design consulting. She communicates and educates clients on state and federal requirements affecting benefit plans. Lisa has been recognized for exceeding her sales goals and being one of the top producers at Cross Insurance.

Susan L. Combs began her entrepreneurial journey in 2005 when she formed Combs & Company at 26 years old. A mentor told Susan that her tenacious spirit and “fixer” personality would shake things up in the insurance industry. Combs & Company is a full service insurance brokerage firm with an expertise in the “weird & unusual.” Leveraging a knack for solving difficult circumstances, Combs & Co. has become a go-to resource for those companies that don’t fit an insurance carriers’ typical profile, such as entertainment, food, and international companies setting up their first U.S. operations. Susan also serves on the Advisory Board of Directors for Allay, Inc, an insurance technology company based in San Francisco.

Justin B. White graduated from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga in 1998, where he was a member of the golf team and Southern Conference Honor Roll. Out of college Justin started his insurance career with Provident/Unum. He later joined Berz, White and Cooper as Employee benefits Consultant. He combined benefits practice with Brock & Spencer Benefits, LLC in the fall of 2008. Justin is on the board of the CAHU (Chattanooga Association of Health Underwriters) and a member of NFP (National Financial Partners) where he participates in a national study group.
