Prior to founding AGS, John was the Managing Director of Strategic Business Development for the Institutional enterprise of Charles Schwab & Co. In his most recent role, John built and led Schwab’s national program to recruit new financial advisors from the wirehouse channel, including developing Schwab’s marketing, sales, and platform capabilities.
