TD Ameritrade Adds CRM Offerings on Its Veo Platform

Now added to TD's open-architecture Veo platform: Junxure, Tamarac Advisor, Pareto, Advisors Assistant CRM packages, joining Salesforce, Redtail and Ebix

The march to integration continues, with TD Ameritrade Institutional announcing on Thursday that seven customer relationship management (CRM) systems are now available on its Veo open access system.

The Pareto Platform, Tamarac’s Advisor CRM, Junxure CRM and Advisors Assistant technology platforms join Salesforce, Ebix and Redtail already on the platform.

“Technology that helps an advisor manage a better client experience is becoming increasingly important,” Jon Patullo, managing director of technology product management with TD Ameritrade Institutional, said in a statement. “By integrating data between Veo and CRM systems, advisors are now armed with a more robust CRM system that can help boost productivity, improve client service, and streamline numerous tasks so advisors can spend their time on what matters most: their clients.”

The Veo open access network claims 60 third-party technology providers “working to improve integration of the applications advisors use in their back offices. Real-time account and client data flows seamlessly between Veo and select CRM systems, saving advisors time and providing a comprehensive view of their client relationships.”

Tamarac, Redtail, Advisors Assistant and Junxure are all members of Your Silver Bullet, a consortium of software providers “committed to ensuring the compatibility of their applications.” Junxure claims it “offers more integration with custodians and practice management applications than any other CRM for advisors.”

“By integrating an advisor’s CRM system through TD Ameritrade Institutional’s Veo open access effort, client data flows seamlessly between the custodian and our CRM application,” added Greg Friedman, president of Junxure. "Before, advisors were forced to toggle between applications and deal with inefficient workflows. Now, advisors have access to a tremendous amount of incorporated client data, which can save them time and improve the quality of their client service and response.”

In addition to easier access to client data, the latest CRM integrations also give advisors access to workflows designed to “streamline everyday tasks including new account opening, client onboarding and data management functions.”
