Is your computer screen more cluttered than a hoarder’s one-bedroom apartment? You could likely benefit from Air Display, which wirelessly connects your tablet to your desktop or laptop, instantly providing a second — or third — monitor for your computer. Use the extra space to keep an eye on your Facebook and Twitter feeds, your personal calendar or calculator tools. The app also allows users to provide a mirror image of slideshow presentations. Hand the tablet over to your client, and they can follow along while you click through the show on your computer screen.

If you need help managing the multitude of documents, PDFs, emails and other files you’re required to keep track of these days, you’ll want the GoodReader app. With GoodReader, users can create folders; move, copy and rename files; and even email files as well as send them to other apps. There’s text search to help you find info within files, a 50-times zoom capability for when you need a closer look, and a PDF hyperlink feature that allows you to jump back and forth within a document. Analytics are also available, so you can keep track of which posts were popular and which ones weren’t.

The LeadForce app gives agents access to all their leads, wherever they are, and it includes maps to contacts with GPS. The app also tracks and updates the sales cycle as it progresses. Managers have access to the LeadForce system, so they can tally the number of leads each agent receives and reassign leads as needed. LeadForce also offers a reporting system that tracks leads and creates analysis charts and graphs.
