Changes

The CFP Board named Kevin Keller as its CEO, effective May 1, 2007. Keller comes from the Association for Financial Professionals, the certifying group for corporate treasurers and CFOs.

FAF Advisors, Inc., the asset management subsidiary of U.S. Bancorp., that is advisor to First American Funds, has named Frank Wheeler as its new head of distribution. Wheeler assumes the position previously held by Jim Greenawalt, who passed away in July 2006.

T. Rowe Price Group has appointed Cynthia Egan as president of T. Rowe Price Retirement Plan Services. Egan had worked since 1989 with Fidelity Investments, where she most recently was an executive VP in its global retirement services practices unit.

Rockefeller & Co., Inc. has appointed Roy King as president and CEO of its Integrated Wealth Services (IWS) business. Most recently, King served as president and COO for Gevity HR.

The Online 401(k) hired Greg Munson as senior VP of sales and business development. Munson spent 14 years at Charles Schwab & Co.

Metzler/Payden announced that Alexander Backhaus has joined the firm as COO and executive VP.

Elizabeth Krentzman, former general counsel for the Investment Company Institute, has rejoined Deloitte & Touche's enterprise risk services and audit subsidiary as a partner and chief advisor to the investment management industry group's regulatory consulting practice.
