Michael Hasenstab, a portfolio manager and analyst in the international bond department of Franklin Advisers, Inc., specializes in country asset selection, macroeconomic modeling, and sovereign credit analysis in emerging and developed fixed income and currency markets. He holds a Ph.D. in economics from the Asia Pacific School of Economics and Management at Australian National University.
